Send and respond to meeting invitations straight from your BlackBerry smartphone with BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express and never worry about updating your desktop. You can even look up colleagues’ availability and view calendar attachments.

Integrated contacts

Contacts added in the desktop client automatically synchronise with the address book on your BlackBerry smartphone (and vice versa) with BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express. There’s no need to connect the smartphone to your computer.

Remote file and Intranet access

Remotely download and view files stored on your business network or intranet with BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express. You can even edit Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel files, then save and/or email them.

Runs on an existing mail server

In a Microsoft Exchange or Windows Small Business Server Environment, supports up to 75 users when installed on the mail server and supports 2000+ users on dedicated server(s).

In an IBM Lotus Domino environment, BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express must be installed on a dedicated server and can support 2000 users.

Data transmitted between the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and BlackBerry smartphones is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard(AES) or Triple Data Encryption Standard (Triple DES). BlackBerry security is trusted by governments, military and enterprise organisations around the world.
