Cellular Solutions Dubai Finals 2007

Dubai Grand finals are where the winners from each category and 2nd place in category 2 will play in November of this year. The prize is non transferable and should any winner not be able to attend the place will go to the person next in line.

The day will be played as a stableford competition with a full handicap allowance off the white tees, ladies from the red. We reserve the right to check into handicaps, from your club or other professional bodies.

Each category is clearly displayed and does not reflect the county handicap structure it is purely done on our format, based on number of entrants and their handicaps.

Should there be a tie the count back will be on the back 9, back 6, back 3. If this still does not resolve the situation the 18th will be used as a sudden death tie breaker with shots where applicable, until a winner is found.

In case of discrepancies or the requirement of a ruling Mr Graham Gartland the resident PGA Professional will make the relevant interpretation and decision.

The Dubai Grand Finals are run in line with R&A rules in relation to amateur play and travel which does not affect your amateur status.

Please ensure you can identify your ball as strict rules of golf apply.

Any tree less than 6 foot, or marked by a stake or a plastic sleeve are to be treated as staked and relief may be taken without penalty.

Area’s marked with white spray or paint is to be treated as ground under repair and relief must be taken.

Please pick your ball up once you cannot score and avoid slow play.

Team competition is also a stableford points, full allowance with the best two net scores to count on each hole. Team captains (lowest handicap golfer in group) are responsible for marking the TEAM CARD. A tie will result in the same count back rules applying.
