WorkM8 is a completely Web and GPS Mobile based system which supports organisations with one or more departments. Each department head can manage and control activities through their login, independent of other departments. Managers can allocate and dispatch jobs, send individual or broadcast messages and do job scheduling whilst field staff can clock in/out from their mobiles phones in real time.

Job Tracking

Job tracking is flexible and jobs can be started, paused, terminated or completed with mobile workforce management. Jobs are time and location stamped. Managers can set jobs to be started at a specific location if required.

Time stamped photos sent to a server

Central voice mail where field employees can leave a message and Phototrac photos can be taken on site, date and time stamped and sent to the server.

Daily Exportable reports

Reports provide insight into the daily operation and data can be exported via CSV to other platforms.
